Scope of Application<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by Offshore Luzern, particularly boat rentals and boat excursions, as offered on the website <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.offshoreluzern.ch\/en\/\" target=\"_self\">www.offshoreluzern.ch<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>2. Conclusion of Contract<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The contract between Offshore Luzern and the customer is concluded when the customer makes a booking and Offshore Luzern accepts it. Bookings can be made via phone, email, WhatsApp, or through the website.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>3. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Payment Methods<\/strong>: Payments are accepted exclusively via <strong>TWINT<\/strong> or <strong>bank transfer.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Advance Payment<\/strong>: Payments must be made in advance and received by Offshore Luzern no later than <strong>48 hours before the booked appointment.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Deposit<\/strong>: A deposit of <strong>CHF 500<\/strong> must be provided on-site in cash or via TWINT. The deposit will be refunded after the boat is returned, provided no damages or violations occur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>4. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Cancellation by the Customer<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Up to 7 days before the appointment<\/strong>: 100% refund.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>6 to 3 days before the appointment<\/strong>: 50% refund.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Less than 3 days before the appointment<\/strong>: No refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Cancellation by Offshore Luzern<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n<p>Offshore Luzern reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, technical issues). In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Special Regulation for Adverse Weather Conditions<\/strong>:<br> In case of adverse weather conditions such as storms, rain, or severe weather, it is possible to reschedule the booking free of charge, subject to mutual agreement with Offshore Luzern.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>5. Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Exclusion of Liability<\/strong>: Offshore Luzern accepts no liability for personal injury or property damage occurring during the use of the boat.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Customer Liability<\/strong>: The customer is liable for any damages caused by improper use of the boat or violations of Offshore Luzern\u2019s instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>6. Customer Obligations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Duty of Care<\/strong>: The customer is obliged to handle the rented boat with care and follow safety instructions.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Drinking and driving<\/strong>: Strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Minors<\/strong>:May only participate when accompanied by an adult.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Boat License<\/strong>: The customer must present a valid boat license (Category A), unless they book the service with a captain.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Pets<\/strong>: Not allowed on the boat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>7. Rental Times and Instructions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Rental Times<\/strong>: The boat can be picked up no earlier than <strong>09:00 AM<\/strong>  and must be returned no later than <strong>19:00 PM<\/strong>. For multi-day bookings and special requests, times will be agreed upon individually.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Instructions<\/strong>: Before taking over the boat, a briefing session (approx. <strong>15 minutes<\/strong>), will be held, during which the operation of the boat and safety rules will be explained. The customer must then sign a rental agreement accepting the conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>8. Data Protection<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Offshore Luzern uses personal data solely for processing bookings and does not share it with third parties. For more details, please refer to our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.offshoreluzern.ch\/en\/privacy-policy\/\" title=\"Privacy Policy\" target=\"_self\"><strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Swiss law exclusively applies. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>10.
