Who can rent a boat from Offshore Luzern GmbH?<\/h5>

Anyone who holds a valid boating license (Category A) can rent the boat.<\/a><\/span> If the boat cannot be driven by the renter, <\/span><\/span>there is the option<\/span><\/span> to use the captain service.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

How can I reserve a boat?<\/h5>

The boat can <\/span>be easily reserved <\/span>through our website booking tool.<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span> After a quick review, you will receive a confirmation from us.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What is the cost of renting the boat? <\/h5>

What is included in the rental price?<\/h5>

The rental price includes the boat, liability insurance, and comprehensive (fully comprehensive) insurance. Additionally, a deposit of CHF 500 is required to cover the deductible, which will be fully refunded after damage-free return. Not included are fuel costs, any fines, and damages that are not covered by the comprehensive insurance (e.g. due to improper use or gross negligence).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

When can the boat be picked up \/ returned?<\/h5>

If the boat is booked for a full day (8 hours), it can be picked up no earlier than 9:00 AM and must be returned no later than 7:00 PM. For multi-day bookings and special requests, the times can be arranged individually.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

How is the payment made? <\/h5>

Payment is easily made in advance via TWINT or bank transfer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What happens if the weather is bad on the reserved day?<\/h5>

In case of unfavorable weather conditions such as storms, rain, or severe weather, it is possible to reschedule for a new date free of charge after consultation with Offshore Luzern and mutual agreement.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

How many people can the boat accommodate?<\/h5>

Our boat is approved for 8 people. However, it can get a bit cramped with 8 people, so we recommend a maximum of 6 people for a more comfortable experience.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Are children allowed on the boat?<\/h5>

Children are always welcome. The parents or guardians are responsible for their children.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Are pets allowed on the boat?<\/h5>

No, pets are not<\/strong> allowed on the boat.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Can I make special requests?<\/h5>

If you have special requests, we strive to accommodate them. Please simply share your ideas with us via WhatsApp or email, and we are confident that we can find a solution.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What do I need to bring?<\/h5>

The boat license, your reservation confirmation, and a deposit of CHF 500 <\/strong> in cash or alternatively via TWINT on-site. The deposit will be refunded after the boat is returned, provided there are no damages or violations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What are the features of the boat?<\/h5>

Our Wellcraft Scarab Excel 28<\/a><\/span> is an offshore boat, making it very fast, with a top speed of around 90km\/h<\/strong>. With its 365 HP<\/strong> and specially shaped bow, it effortlessly cuts through the waves like a knife through butter. The sound of the Mercruiser 454 V8<\/strong> is a true pleasure for the ears, always bringing a smile to the faces of passengers. With this boat, you\u2019re guaranteed to attract the attention of other boaters.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What happens if I need help on the water?<\/h5>

If you need help with the boat, you can contact us directly. You will receive a direct phone number from us at the time of boat handover, where we are available throughout the entire rental period.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

What should I do if I have damage or an accident?<\/h5>

You must inform us immediately if you have damage or an accident. You must also notify the Coast Guard if it is a serious incident. The primary renter is liable for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of the rental terms.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
